MALVERN
Located on a wide, leafy Malvern street, Masco was tasked with a fresh start for this 5-bed, 5-bath family home. We rebuilt with modern luxury in mind, fitted with a spiral staircase finished in bespoke polished Venetian plaster, an array of monochrome marble and stone, complemented by natural light coming from a total of 14 skylights across the property. A contemporary oasis was idealised with the entrance and ground floor living space, centered around the pool.
KEW RESIDENCE
HAWTHORN DEVELOPMENT
In collaboration with Architect Ewert Leaf and Landscape Architect Myles Baldwin; Masco was tasked with the build of 7 townhouses. Sold pre-construction each home was tweaked to accomodate the purchases individual lifestyles. Each boasting luxury with their very own lift and rooftop living space. The design and build was curated around a 110 Year Old Oak. Positioned at the front of the site, the Oak Tree became the hero of this development.

Seven high-end townhouses, each boasting individual basement garages, a cellar, lift, and rooftop entertainment terrace. Situated in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this project features a bold architectural palette, nestled amongst a clean backdrop of vibrant greenery.
Seeking a place to call home, we brought the clients sustainable design to life; a step above a passive house we sourced and utilised special insulation to completely seal the home, installed 30Kw of solar panels which feeds into 3 Tesla Batteries. Making the Kew Residence a completely off grid home.
